I had a look over the weekend at Kmart – it looks pretty crappola. By the looks of it, it has two chambers with slightly different colours and I guess it just measures out what shade depending on the dial – but I can`t see there being a huge difference in the shades – as the dial gives you about 5 choices with only two shades of foundation. A bit gimmicky I think. But hey, it might be nice foundation….

I`ve been wondering that too, maybe there is a fair colour in the bottom and darker colour in the top and by turning the dial you alter the measurement of the dark into the light? Does that make sense or do I sound like I`m drifting into my “”happy place””?

Has anybody tried the new Revlon Custom Creations foundation (or whatever it`s called) ? The one where you twist the cap to get your correct shade? I`ve never used a Revlon foundation personally but I`d love to know how exactly this works?

i am using a liquid to powder fdn from Mirenesse that is pretty nice

I am loving the sound of the Era spray foundation (editors fave) I am going to try this as soon as my E.L is finito. Must ask Tracey about colour selection. 🙂

olay is really good and so are brands like estee lauder, chanel, christian dior. they are expensive but worth it.

Maybelline and Covergirl have a huge range and are all affordable.

Revlo is heaps good

if you want to spend a little more, i like estee lauder individualist. it has great coverage that looks really natural, not too dewy not too matt. i think it`s about $65 but they have gift with purchase coming up in april at myer.
