Wow this sure is an old thread, lol, I had to look twice and sure enough 2008 I remembered this early last year I think. Hi Flutter good to see you around the forums again 😀

Dear Ariana,
I have feared my lengthy reviews or my style of writing would be too boring for people but when you read in a fashion and beauty magazine tester said “” place 4 words here “” isn`t very helpful to me anyway thats where members reviews here on beautyheaven are so much more helpful in my purchasing decisions on a product and some products just need more information to be written about I feel and some don`t too. I am very humbled by anybodys kind comments on my writing so thank-you hon for you kind words on my reviews. Sorry for my late reply hon and congratulations on turning torquoise too!!! Enjoy your well earned gifts that are sent with love.

What I liked best about your reviews is that you actually give detailed descriptions – many times I have wanted to try a product and looked at the reviews and they havent put as much effort or information in as you have – and that effort and information that you place in there helps us (people reading the reviews) be able to make a proper decision on the products worth (and if it is worth trying)

I mainly take care of many ducks full time but other ducks have heard about me and they are the ones that stop in mid journey usually they only stay a couple of days.

hey flutter i didn`t know you took care of ducks during their mid-journeys, that`s very caring and animal-loving of you to do so! that`s so cute that the ducks follow you, its like you are a duck whisperer!

Oh Flutter ,what precious guardian angels! I feel glad in a way there wasnt enough water in the creek for them, as they might have experienced dangerous predators. I guess they would find food though there as well at the creek, a natural bonus. But I`d rather the ducks be closer to you! Thats mighty sad to read you were assaulted-rotten people do share this earth with us and while they can dish out their evil ways,good meaning,caring and loving people spread kindness.This always wins through and people and animals delight in the pleasures of genuine, caring togetherness this is the building blocks of a solid friendship,worth its weight in gold. Animals and other fellow kind spirited people always triumph in the end.!

sorry for my late response again. They first arrived the day I was diagnosed. They live outside near my potted garden I have only just started( for myself and to create an oasis for them and to help hide them from predators ), my driveway, or under my bushes or their favourite spot my patio. Each duck fights for their right to sit on the patio. Even though they can all fit on there they are simply fighting for my love. At night they used to go to the creek but this winter is the first winter there was not enough water for a creek. I keep many bowls of water outside. If it`s too hot I let them come inside my home. One day a few years back I was assaulted and for a week straight day and night they guarded my patio steps and wouldn`t let anybody up only the police and when the person tried to come back they hissed, they risked their safety at the expense of mine by staying at night because at night they go elsewhere to blend in so the predators don`t get to them. They are free to come and go but want to stay that`s why I say they adopted me or the way I look at it they chose me.
They have beautiful markings and up close I can tell which duck is what and what their names are and whether they are female or male without lifting up their skirts or pants and looking.

Flutter,Its raining cats and dogs here in Tassie! Ek. How are your darling ducks? Some ducks have beautiful colours. How do you house them? With the Botanical Gardens here,Ive always taken bread for the ducks. I also would feed a family of ducks that lived near the city- but unfortunately they shared their housing accommadations with rats. I never liked that! Poor darlins.
