try blacmores cod liver oil, i take two tablets a day. its very good for you! and not too expensive. they dont smell or taste like fish at all which is a relief!

I tried the Blackmore Fish oil for kids (for myself as I struggle to take tablets) but though they are supposed to be odourless and taste like vanilla I couldn`t cope with them and could smella salmon on my hands all day despite repeated handwashing…yuk!!!

As the capsule is quite big, you can snip the capsule and pour into your child beverage for easier consumption.
