Hi @ Siobhnan333, I have the same issue with my fine hair. Focus putting the shampoo on your scalp, rather than scrubbing your lengths and condition from around ear level downward. Keep heavier conditioner away from your roots.
Detangle your hair while conditioning. Use your fingers. I start in the middle and work my way down. This makes a huge difference to tangling and breakage.
And finally, don’t rough-dry with a towel. Gently squeeze out water and use a microfiber towel if you can. Friction can make fine hair extremely frizzy.
