Exercise DVD’s

Does anyone have any good exercise DVD’s which they could recommend? Particulary after one which has pilates or yoga for resistence training and strengthening muscles. I regularly go walking for cardio however wanted to take up pilates or something else.

Sorry for bumping this thread up, I`m an exercise DVD junkie – I love them, but often get to lazy to use them! blush

The Firm have excellent DVDs that incorporate Cardio and weight resistance, many of them help with toning as well.

The Crunch series is also great, and lots of fun. They have plenty of DVDs ranging from dance to cardio, their Pilates Burn and Firm DVD is fun and helps tone your muscles.

I absolutely love my Element Ballet DVD, after using this for a few weeks my thighs and waist line lost a few cm

Beauty Obsession, i am so sorry. i haven`t had proper access to the computer which has just been killing me, but here i am now.
the kit is called the Ultimate Ball & Band workout with Pilates Principles. it is a mouthful, it comes in an orangey coloured box with a little white plastic handle on top. i don`t know if Rebel still have them but i think they should. lol 🙂
