Enamel

I know that enamel can’t be re-grown once it has been worn away or damaged, but does anyone know if there is such thing as an artificial enamel coating (kind of like long-lasting nail polish for teeth)? If not, how do dentists repair lost/damaged enamel?

    yes dentists can fix this problem in fact i have had it done!i had silent reflux didn`t know i had it and consequently lost the enamel on 6 of my top teeth i`m not sure what the procedure is called veneers i think it is costly but preferable to false teeth!
