Dry skin / Large pores ( not a good combination to have..><)

Hi beauties!

I have noticed recently as the weather has become colder, I have large amount of pores on my cheek area and its really bothering me as I do use alot of facial products but majority of the products is for dry/sensitive skin!

Is there a product on the market that helps shrink pores and also is good for dry dry sensitive skin?

Or any techniques I can use to help reduce pores?

Thank you beauties xo

Oh, I know exactly how you feel, but consider yourself lucky, compared to me….I have dry, dehydrated skin with large pores and fine lines. Dehydrated skin is sooo much worse than just dry skin (in my own opinion), and the fine lines…..don’t even get me started:(

That is not very common, normally enlarged pores are more so associated with oily skin, therefore you will probably notice most “pore” products are all aimed for oily skinned beauties. Yes like gemo said you are stuck with these unfortunately, our pores get larger as we get older though as the elasticity in our skin is not as it was when we were younger, hehe. The best thing to help improve their appearance is to keep them clear of congestion because that is what makes them more obvious. And you could also try some topical products that claim to improve elasticity, that way the problem might not get any worse any time soon 🙂

Im using the future X solution cleanser and eye balm from shiseido, a dior moisturising serum, khiels ultra facial toner and also cetaphil as my moisturiser at the moment !

I dont mind spending money on skin care as long as it works.

would you happen to know what products that contain glycolic in it??

    Thank you!

It’s not possible to shrink pores, but using a glycolic wash, masque or overnight treatment keeps mine in check.

Also using the right moisturiser. I’m really loving how the MooGoo line has balanced my skin. I wouldn’t class mine as oily or dry now.

What products are you using right now and what’s your skincare budget like?
