What ever you do don`t resort to roaccutane. It has too many side effects that a long term.
See a doctor to refer you to a dermatologist. It may be caused by hormones or if you have started birth control pills or other medicine.

You may get recommended a course of antibiotics and this will get rid of the infection. Until then don`t use any harsh alcohol products on your skin as this is probably an internal factor causing it.
