Cosmetics don’t make men gay!

How can I convince my partner that it’s not ‘gay’ to use cosmetics like moisturiser on his dry face? I mean geez, he uses soap and shampoo so why not anything else?
It annoys me that there are still so many men who think taking care of themselves is fruity.

Glitter Girls comment was hilarious! No way could I EVER let myself go like that! Yuck, that being said my bf is like most of your partners, he doesn`t have a beauty regime but then again I don`t think he needs one. The only thing I do for him is his nails and his eyebrows haha and he doesn`t even like me doing that for him! I think its so cute when men think that beauty products make them `gay`. I`ve always secretly wanted to put eyeliner on my bf, I don`t know why…maybe I should attack him while his sleeping.

Enjoy your evening GB, try to keep cool. Had better go before my CPU overheats, and before I overheat as the aircon does not extend to this room. xxxx

Oh that is so true Hooha! My husband pretends not to care about his skin and has never used the (very few) products I have bought for him in the past. BUT….he will secretly and sneekily use absolutely everything I buy for myself (of course he pretends not to!) Sometimes I opened up a brand new jar of face cream or lotion and I`ll see a big grubby finger mark in there. Or that expensive cream that I was saving up for almost used up!!!! Oh well, gotta laugh!! At least he`s using something!! LOL

I have tried to get my husband to look after his skin but to no avail. He will not use the products I buy him, not because of any issues with being gay but because he is too lazy! lol. I do book the occasional facial for him though and he does enjoy them. I must admit he constantly steals my hand cream. 🙂

OK wow, he asked me for some Vitamine E cream for his hands, after finally agreeing they were too flaky! Now to work on his face…

  • I think the best method is to leave products that you think will suit his needs lying around i.e moisturiser in this bedroom, exfoliator in the bathroom etc that way they can try them without feeling embarrassed that you know.
