Cloth nappies?
Just wondering if there are any clothies out there?
Would love to hear what nappies you are using and what babycare products you are using considering their impact on the absorbency of your nappies?

I tried to use cloth nappies for my eldest when she was a bub(she is now 12), and I couldn`t stand it, it was just so labour intensive with the amount she would poop, so when it came to the other 3 disposable were the way to go for us, and it all just became so much easier. Huggies and Baby Love were my favourites, but there are heaps to choose from, just stay away from the extremely cheap and nasty. I tried this and learnt the hard way, URGH the memories, LOL!

My mum made some cloth nappies from scratch for my bubba boy. We use these in conjunction with biodegradable flushable liners, now that he is on solids (oh the mess!)
Disposables when we are out and about-Mamia, or Huggies if they are on special. We aren`t particularly brand loyal. -

oh golly yes, why doesn`t anyone say these things before you go in?! i had an emergency caesar, and luckily my darling mum had bought me a 5-pack of huge knicks from target, in black. just to prove that a mum`s job is never done! disposable knickers are good for the first week too, one less thing to worry about. also take a couple of boxes of maternity pads. i kept a clean pad right against the scar itself for about a week, it saves your undies and clothes from blood, and keeps the area very dry.

great tip princess 🙂 I didn`t have a c sect myself but I had a close scare during labour. I`m sure I`ll be very organised second time round.

hey sharna didn`t you say at some point earlier you had to have a c.section?
if that is the case and just in case anyway make sure you buy some massive granny undies. Target have them, you don`t want just briefs you want the big full cut ones that sit on your belly button. if you by chance are or have to have a c.s then you want undies that sit nowhere near the wound. -

can`t hurt to try the chemists. I didn`t realise you had to pay for them online. you should still be able to get the Target one. Maybe ring your local Target store? They have one for a boy and a girl and I`m sure they have stuff in there suitable for a bub of your age. I got to try Sudocrem and Bepathem via the Bounty bags.
