Changes to BH for which we haven’t asked!

Why is there now a Beauty Pass?

Can we please have notifications reinstated?

Can we please have the old Platinum status requirements reinstated?

We need the site fixed- please fix it!!

      No, @HelenP5, TT reviews are just the usual 5 points now. We used to get 5 bonus points for doing the end of trial survey, but not anymore.

        Thanks for the confirmation Misfortunate8. I wasn’t sure as I haven’t received any points at all for my last 6 reviews & the last trial I did was awarded the 5 points.

      Not sure if the lack of points awarded it is trial team specific – I am also missing points from writing 3 reviews last week – they have been published but nothing added to my points history or total.

        I noticed the same Jupiter with missing reviews points. I did 2 reviews in mid April, both got submitted and I got the points. I did one later in April which appeared last weekend but no points! I guess staff are busy with the rewards room coming up, maybe there are some new staff being trained and somethings gone wrong??

    Have enjoyed being a BH member for so many years, the comps, discovery bags and trial teams. So frustrating finding anything on this site now.
    Tempted to use all my points in the next RR and be done with it.

        I love the Bh forumite community but it’s so difficult keeping abreast of everyone’s news, posts and comments. If anyone is on Reddit and wants an alternative communication channel, I’m quite active on there.

      The format of our profile pages changed a few days ago, with our points tallies hidden under a new “My Beauty Pass” tab, but it’s disappeared now.

    I actually like some tings now. What Id like is notifications back. A section to save products like we use to & more than one page of forum posts back. As well as being able to search for products by type under brands .

    I just wish BH communicated with us. I wouldnt be so annoyed if they acknowledged us – we made BH the success and what it is

      @Ray_jay agreed. I miss how the site and forums used to be. I also miss having the regular members on the site. New members please don’t take that the wrong way and it’s great having new members but I miss the old forums.

        Yes, I agree with you ! I loved the old site, as it was so user friendly. I have no idea what the Beauty Pass is ! I have also “lost” my Platinum level.
