Career help?? Fashion or PR

Fashion design can take you to many different places, from owning your own boutique, to selling designs to the head of Chanel, to New York Fashion Week.
If it doesn’t turn out, your life won’t be over. There are always course and jobs out there. You’re not nailed down to anything.

But if i can give you any advice it would be do what you love, because you love it, and everything else will fall into place. 🙂

My only input is that you are not locked into one career forever. I have changed careers and it can be done. So, choose what you want to do or have the most passion for and see how it goes. Please don’t sweat on it because there is no need to do so at such a young age. x

I know someone who did fashion design. She is now working in a well known bridal shop and absolutley loves her job. She has a goal of one day starting her own label. I’m not sure what the pay is like but if you love that type of thing I say go for it!!! We only live once and life is too short to not do what we love.

My cousins wife studied fashion design – I think at ultimo as well though not 100% sure. She then got a job as a fashion designer for typical star, then worked for wish and is now with one teaspoon. No idea what salary she is on, though at wish they also got a clothing allowance. She is forever going to China to source fabric or check out the factories where the garmets get made.
