Breaking out because of product

Hi beauties,

I recently purchased New Directions Night Cream and tried it. I saw a few pimples starting to appear whenever I use it but I dismiss them thinking that it just because it’s that time of the month.

BUT now I am certain the product is really causing me to break out. I have millions of tiny pimples around my chin, cheeks, foreheads areas! I don’t know what to do know…

Any tips/tricks/suggestions?

Thanks,
Mdy_118

That is such a shame that you had a bad reaction Mdy 118. It is a shame when you get excited to try a product only to find that it doesn’t work for you at all.
I hope you find a product that better suits your skin and needs.
It’s hard especially when you like other products in the range, and then one of the products gives you a terrible break out.
Let us know how this goes after switching to a new product =)

The MSM Soothing Cream is fantastic by MooGoo however I don’t use it on my face, it would be far too rich for my oily skin, but it works a treat on my body and on my son’s who has terribly sensitive skin. They do suggest it is OK for your face though, but as I said far too rich for my oily skin, it might be OK for drier skin types though.

Hi Mdy. I’m sorry you had such a bad reaction to your night cream:( I never had much luck with natural products, but since I have been using lists such as the following I haven’t had any trouble with my skin breaking out. I hope this helps! http://www.puretincture.com/about-us/truth-about-comedogenic-ingredients

I know this is a little off topic, but has anyone tried the MooGoo MSM soothing cream? Is it any good, especially on sensitive skin?

I found it would sting some areas of my face which just seems weird since they say it has calming properties but just because it seems to be not great for me doesn’t mean it won’t be great for others.

That’s the one I’m thinking of trying…apparently it may help with breakouts. I’m emailing MooGoo first to confirm and see what they say.
