Do you have to let them grow over time to get it done so you dont have to come back?

Because it’s your first one, you will most probably be a little sensitive so you will probably need to wait a day. However you may find that after a couple of hours you’re back to normal and don’t need to wait at all.

It is painful but it only hurts for a few seconds and it’s just a little sore for a few hours after.

sure am MJ! I think the bikini line hair is thicker and has way more folicles compared with the pits hence the pain. But is worth it…or will be!!

I am currently getting laser done – not the full brazillian but the bikini line…and it friggen hurts like hell!! To be honest it hurts a lot less then waxing so if you can handle waxing you will be fine, but i was quite shocked at how much it hurt – I am getting my underarms done at the same time and i can barely feel a thing with them. It feels like someone has got a hot rubber band and has stretched it as far as it would go and then has pinged you…then they do it again 1 second later, and again, and again…the good ting is that both sides are completed in about a minute total and the pain doesnt linger at alll – as soon as the session is finish, so is the pain.

Jee that laser sounds painful. I have never had a brazillian or bikini wax. I’m a bit of a wuss when it comes to pain, I’ve always been too scared. Have been thinking about it lately though so hopefully one day I’ll be brave enough to take the plunge lol.

Ouch! I cant imagine how painful for the first time.
I wonder if laser would be a better option if any of you have tried?
I cant handle pain!

I agree with Tempted001, wait a day or so. I regularly Brazilian wax, the first one I had was about 17 years ago, I think I waited afew days before having sex, but my skin handled it okay.

Check out out sensitive the area feels and go by that.

It really depends on how sensative your skin is and how well it handles the waxing. I would be prepaired to wait a day. This will allow you enough time to gage how well your skin is going. Have fun.
