I get blind pimples and thorough scrubbing really helps but I also get lots of ingrown hairs which often needs popping! and cleaning! be sure to only wear cotton as non-breathable materials make it worse!

yes, i know what you are talking about. i dry brush, scrub, apply a green clay mask and finally use facial zit zappers. it usually clears up within 24 hours for me.
