bh beauties i embraced my dads attitude…age is but a number rings true with me. am always complimented on my looks for someone who is 47 yrs (my family, neices, nephews and now their children tell me often…your looks show your young at heart aunty and we are raising you well lol…)
I believe age is a precious gift you have only one opportunity to be any age, celebrate with those you hold close, the memories you will forever cherish!
Glitter Girl a friend and I combined our 30th by throwing a cocktail party in a new hotel and along with our 100 guests were spoiled by the owners who gave us an additional 2 hours free drinks on account of the business we would bring.
For my 40th my hubby flew me home to see my folks and surprised me by turning up on the day.
Am looking forward to the lead up to my 50th as we have planned a 3mth journey back to the states to share time with family and friends. So my retiring early has now become retiring in my early 70`s lol…

haha you have your birthdays all planned out then don`t you GG. yeah i think you will have to email bh rhijayne and they should fix it for you. as for the getting older thing i dont mind at all. apart from the wrinkles and stuff the actual number of my age doesnt bother me. but im sure i might feel differently in a few years! lol

yeah I can`t wait to turn 30 either, I`m 27 (28 this year) big partaaay! For my 30th I`m going to have a grown up cocktail party in a fancy hotel. For my 29th (my last hurrah out of my 20`s) I`m having a `Op Shop` party – my guests will have to come dressed in the most hideous op shop outfit they can find – I want to wear a taffeta party dress from the 80`s hehe
