best way to de-stress

I’m in teh middle of my HSC, and I’d love to know how everyone de-stresses. What do you think is the best way to stay cool, calm and collected, not jsut when studying, but in everyday life?

    Clear my head.. Listen to calming music. Deep Breathing.. Go for a walk..

    I go for beach walks too elmo, just went for a 45 minute one today. They are a great way to de stress incendia. You could try listening to some music, not loud music of course but feel good happy type music like Colbie Calliat or Jason Mraz perhaps?Iif you like them. It might sound corny but listening to a relaxation tape could help, i find it does when i do my yoga. Sometimes i find cooking something de stresses me, something simple like a nice dessert to enjoy later? hehe! Goodluck x

    I used to find belly dance classes very good for de-stressing. You`re so busy concentrating on the dancing that you forget about the stress. 🙂

    Now I just comfort eat chocolate. :p

    Exercise – I go for power walks (and I`m lucky enough to live near the beach) – it`s the best way to clear your head and de-stress! 🙂
