Hmm…Get as many hours of sleep as possible. Otherwise you will be needing a lot of make-up to cover up those unsightly eye bags.

I`m still dreaming of a full nights sleep, that is yet to come…I think stress is a major factor to aging…I try not to let things stress me, I try to turn it around and see the funny side…(some many say that I do have a warped sense of humour…but is better to have one, then not at all..hehehe)….and I sure squeeze my blemishes as it is one way of getting rid of all the nasties…I can`t stand to let a pimple fester like a volcano…if you do it properly it should not scar…Oh and rosehip oil is great all rounder for wrinkles, blemishes and scars..

Oh I so agree BO – I reckon since I`ve had kids I`ve aged heaps! And for some reason just in the last year or so – unless it`s just the 30`s getting closer and closer hehe I`m in damage control now. Although since discovering BH I`m taking a lot more interest in my beauty regime and using better quality products – so I think there is some hope yet.
Best beauty advice I have ever been given (but unfortunately didn`t listen too…) wear sunglasses and sunscreen everyday – and also put sunscreen on the tops of your hands -its one of the first places you`ll show signs of aging. -

I realised the importance of sleep and beauty after I had a baby! I`ve probably been sleep deprived for over a year now on and off and it really shows on my face. A good nights sleep does the world of difference to your looks!!

Always wear sunscreen!
Always remove makeup, no matter how tired I am.
Never ever touch blemishes!
Take the time to research skin care products and treatments.
Don`t ever overpluck eyebrows!
