@Meedee – Probably turn up next week if your lucky. I got a parcel today that was sent back to the company as the addy was not complete which was strange but just got it today. Took a month to get it from ordering though.

I sent BC a message via instagram just saying that the QV Ceramides wasn’t in the box and they just apologised and said how they are short staffed at the moment.

I know Trish_D is missing 2 items.

So sorry about the VIP parcel, @Meedee. You definitely should have received it by now. No response regarding the 2 missing items in my parcel but at least I got mine. I have no idea how you let BC know when the emails go unanswered. Hope your Christmas makes up for this disappointment.

Oh @Meedee that is so disappointing! , maybe it has taken the scenic route? post is really slow right now and my package sat still for a week before being delivered.

You’re right @Tinac , their are no points earned for reviews and you don’t have a profile page on BC. You write reviews and will get invites to trial products like you do on BH. There are also some brands listed that are’nt on this site, but only a few select products from each brand are available to review.

@Trish_D my parcel arrived today and I am missing the QV Skincare Ceramides lotion also. Everything else is in there though. I emailed a reply to the original email we got but got an email back to say, will reply within 48 hours. Now where I have seen that before?

All the other products I have checked and will use shortly for sure. The Jergens smells amazing.

@Ethelinde thank you. From memory there is a shampoo/conditioner, QV ceramide lotion, hair serum, Biore cleansing strips, a Jergens sweet butter blend. Just trying to remember re brands but I think thats it. All wonderful products that I can use, so can’t wait.
