Bath salts/bubble bath

Can anyone recommend any nice bath salts or bubble baths especially the relaxing kind with essential oils like lavender and ones that help ease aching muscles.

Hi. I`m addicted to one at the moment made by Aromatherapy Essentials (Victoria Market and Sunday Arts Centre Market, are you in Melbourne?). It`s the wintergreen essential oil that I love – and their blend (Muscle and Joint Bath Soak) is sooooo relaxing. I can`t stay awake after a bath in it. There are similar ones available online. You can google `wintergreen blend` for a few different options.

Lush products are the best… Sometimes if my muscles are achy i will have have a very very warm bath and after i dry myself i soak the muscles with deep heat. Feels like a deep tissue massage!

Use epsom salts/radox and put 2 drops of your favourite essential oil in.

B.O you can make your own really easily and it`s very inexpensive. you can buy a bottle of lavender essential oil and 1kg of epsom salts (health food stores & supermarkets) to 100g of salt add up to 40 drops of essential oil mix it through and let sit for at least 1 hour covered. I usually add about 20drops which makes it a 1% blend, especially if the bath is quite warm less is more. That seoc website has salts for about $15 for 5kg and they have lots of pre-mixed e.o blends too. lol 🙂

I love Lush products! My favourite bath products are the Dreamtime bath melts and all of their bubble bars – I can`t pick just one. They all smell good and look so cute! And the rest of their range is great too, there`s always something new that I just want to try out.
