I am so frustrated that they did this. It went from a 40% sale so I made a huge CeraVe purchase with some LRP only a few days ago to full half price.

I hate getting caught out like this – it makes me feel cheated. I’m a little OCD about hunting down the best prices.

Sorry @Lisa359, I don’t know how I missed your message the first time! I think I only bought one CAIL. It’s so expensive now! Stocked up on my good ol’ Survival 0 though.

I don’t think you missed it @Ethelinde , it’s just taken a very long time to show up, another one of the site glitches unfortunately.

I was eyeing them too, the ingredients looked good and great to see that they are fragrance-free. I didn’t end up buying because I still have quite a few oil cleansers to go through (I only use one at one time – either oil or balm)

@Jupiter Yes you are right. In 2023, I placed an order in late November and received a free eye serum.

Speaking of which, I happened to visit the Ordinary Australia website last night and this pop up ad appeared, ‘A moisturising gift – shop from November 8 – 14 and choose a complimentary qualifying moisturiser with any Ordinary product*’ * conditions apply.

After adding products that I am looking to buy, I was given the opportunity to select from one of three moisturisers (30ml Natural Moisturising Factors +HA, 30ml Natural Moisturising Factors +Beta Glucan or 30ml Natural Moisturising Factors +PhytoCeramides).

The one thing I noticed from the pop up ad was the ‘…shop from November 8 – 14…’. As the 23% off promotion ends on 7 December, could there be a possibility as @Jupiter had mentioned that a free serum is on offer to orders placed later on in November?!

Yes @Jupiter I noticed their was nothing better than 23% off everything, I have tried a few NIOD products and been disappointed, but I will get something from The Ordinary in the sale though.
