Badly damaged bleached hair. HELP!!!!

okay, last night, i bleached my hair because i was getting sick of continuously dying it black.
i am happy with the colour,
BUT
my hair is pretty badly damaged and when i wet it, it gets stretchy.
and i want to know what products would be best to use on my hair to restore it as much as i can.
So PLEEEEEEEEEEEEASE help mee

Just fyi in regards to damaged hair – I read this recently – as we have discussed in another thread how if you use too much protein it can also damage your hair. Basically this is the way to tell how much to use:

If your hair is stretchy, it needs protein.
If your hair is brittle and breaking easily, you`re using too much protein.

Definately the Redken Anti-snap it will help repair your hair, it is doing wonders for my hair and I have been dying it for over 20 years.

If your hair is stretchy it needs protein – check the O&M thread – I raave about their protein treatment for hair – which is also very miosturising and nourishing.
