Thank you ladies, oh style Queen if your dad is 60 or over he doesn`t have to sit the test & next year they are going to redo the questions in about june i think it was reported this week well i had to wait 3 months to get an appointment to sit it . Yes Eastgirl14 the questions are incredible , i might just do what MishMoshy said and wear an aussie corker hat i don`t know about the Ned Kelly helmet they wouldn`t let me in the building!!! lol 🙂

Wow, these questions are incredible, I certainly wouldn`t have known the answers! My parents took the citizen test over 35 years ago, can`t imagine the questions were that hard back then or the probably wouldn`t have passed! My husband is a perm. resident, will let him know what kind of questions are included! Good luck Anita07!

Hehe you should go sit the test wearing a Ned Kelly helmet with a kangaroo backpack on, and put one of those aussies corker hats on ur ned kelly helmet. definitely wear thongs. of both varieties. haha 😛

    Man, just hearing those questions…
Personally, i find this test ironic/stupid/expletive.
Who the crap is Walter Lindrum? And why do i have to know that he excelled on the billards table to make me an australian citizen?
Frick, half the population don`t even know what the stump-jump plough is, we`re all moving into apartments and away from gardens!

the answers are; The stump-jump plough. Walter Lindrum Excelled on the billiards table.
The Western front. ok so how is knowing this going to make me a better citizen??? oh & it gets more involved as i take more practice tests. But i study the book & i am going to make sure i pass!!! sorry about the venting but it is a big thing for me to pass!

Hannah28 you are not wrong some of the questions i have come across are: what kind of plough was invented in 1870s? what did Walter Lindrum do? after withdrawing from Gallipoli, the Australian soldiers fought on France`s
    *eastern front
    *northern front
    *southern front
    *western front?
these questions were on 1 page of a practice test off of the net.
