Apple Cider Vinegar

2 teaspoons of apple cider unfiltered, organic vingegar with mother is apparently all it takes to lose weight. We’ve seen Fergie do it and claim it causes her rock hard abs but has anyway tried it and lost weight that they can swear was due to the vinegar?

I thought this was going to be about skincare, because I read an article about how apple cider vinegar makes a really good toner. Not by itself though I don`t think 😉

makes me think how many teenage girls are doing these FAD diets think that should be a concern
when the lemonade diet came out I tried it and god it made me sick from both ends

I have a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar before meals it is purely to help wake your digestive system up. I`ve tried it straight, and boy oh boy it has a kick to it. I`m sure my cheeks puckered so hard that I`ve now got dimples. And I can just let you know that the kilos aren`t dropping off me as a result of having the old ACV – thats just rubbish.

last night i did some research about apple cidar vinegar and lemon in water and all of that, and found some interesting stuff. i found one recipe, except i have no apple cidar vinger. but i found a site that said a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar after dinner is really good for digestion. so i tried it. apart from the fact it tasted rank(so gross) i didnt notice anything. so im going to try it every night after my dinner for a few days and see what happens. im also going to get some applecidar vinger to see if it really does help detox ytour system. i`ll let you know how it goes

Haha I had grilled fish and chips with vinegar last night! Used to do it when I was little – ALWAYS loved vinegar on my chips…hadn`t done it in years until got fish and chips a little while ago with a friend and she was doing it and I was reminded how much I love it! Just the smell of vinegar makes my mouth water…yummm!!

Oh yum, Style Queen you`re making me hungry!

I think there are always going to be fads like this, because people want to do things the easy way instead of having to put some effort in.

I know it just encourages harmful eating patterns and fad diets which eventually can damage the metabolism and lead to dangerous eating cycles.
