A natural-ish mascara??

I’m going to a school which only allows really subtle makeup… does anyone know of a mascara that is kind of natural looking but still has good volume??

Try using a clear mascara and an eyelash curler, they won`t be able to detect it and it looks natural but will make your eyelashes look longer, curlier and more defined giving you a pretty youthful look.

Rimmel clear mascara or Maxfactor in brown as fantastic and natural looking!

but Tintings great, I used to do it before I got lazy and it`s great, it looks like you are wearing mascara when you are not and shows lashes in fantastic length

eyelash tinting is fantastic. its shows your full eyelash length and for school you wont need to put on mascara. otherwise i love rimmel. Depending what one you get, they don`t tend to clump so look more natural and less obvious. good luck.

dont use a black mascara if you don`t have black hair, use a brown black, clear or just tint and curl. i shall have to buy clear mascara now, with all the good posts i`ve read about it! anyway, put one coat, don`t go overboard (unless it`s clear, then go crazy!). hope that helps anyone!

Go with eyelash tinting, it also means you can be lazy and you don`t need clear mascara, think of the time you will save!

eyelash curler is a must! it works wonders, especially if you have asian eyes like mine.

i haven`t tried clear mascara so i wouldn`t know but i use a lot of different black mascaras. my fav mascara for adding volume is maxfactor master piece. it`s excellent! it`s pretty cheap so would suit high schoolers. apply one coat if you want a more natural look and more coats when you want pretty doll eyes.

i find that missha mascara base (under $10) gives great volume. it makes your lashes white though so you must paint a coat of a mascara on top (any will do).

I`d use a clear mascara so its not at all obvious just gives your lashes some volume or if you have naturally brown coloured lashes maybe a brown mascara.

I like T. LeClerc Transparent you can find it on strawberrynet.

Clear is great – not just for subtley enhancing your natural lashes – or enhancing tinted lashes – but great for grooming your eyebrows into place – I always keep some in my makeup bag!
