14, too young?

Try it maddy – I am almost 16, and I love makeup, but my school is very strict. (supposedly only concealer pfft) and my work is the same.

So I don’t get much of a chance to practice!
Definatley do the EOTD and the makeup challenge – I have tried heaps of adventurous looks in the challenge, (even though I washed them off straight away) it makes your skills better!

I don’t really think there is anywhere you can work, but you can look into TAFE beauty certificates, as most places you have to have a certificate of something (i forget) It might make you more employable at a younger age.

aww thank you for your support i think i might start doing that:) better charge up my camera tomorrow and wait until i feel a little better i have a cold at the moment 🙁
but yeh it would be nice to do something fun llike this:)

Cant wait to see your skills in action, there are some fantastic looks on those threads if you get a chance to go through them, we have some amazing talent here on the forums 🙂

Nope – sometimes someone finds a pic on a website, others do a look themselves and then post it for other to copy/give their own twist to it.

why dont you try starting some make up tutorials on you tube such as your every day signature looks or some party looks !! I love watching people on youtube !!

hey thank you for the idea,
i have considered that option a few months ago, i filmed myself and deleted it sstraight away lol! i am very self concious and are always thinking of myself in horrible ways 🙁 trust me i really would love to be on youtube having millions of hits haha(as if) but i cant bring myself to doing it…
