now its saying that i have been sent an account activation email? and i am not recieving any email? i am so confused!

Kimberley, have you checked your junk mail? Even though you get usual emails from BH something slightly different CAN end up in junk mail. Congrats on becoming Beauty Buff and good luck.

omg thanks so much i had already checked that as i read on other posts that this could be the problem but i obviously didnt check well enough. sorry for sooking lol and thanks for your help =)

Usually this happens because there is some area of your profile that is not complete. Make certain you have something ticked in each of the communication prefs and that your profile is up to date. If you still don’t change over to Beauty Buff status email asap leanne@beautyheaven.com.au and I can investigate for you. We need to upgrade you to Beauty Buff status asap as beautorium is happening very soon and you won’t be able to redeem your points unless you are a beauty buff.
