Trouble with BH Website

I couldn’t submit a review for Weleda Calendula shampoo/body wash 200mls as per screenshot as no existing reviews and missing Write Review tab missing … thanks

aaarrgghhhh Seriously BH can you remove moderation for Beauties that have been members for many years? Its insane that suddenly we are no longer trusted. Moderation of posts should only be for new members

Clearly there are still spammers coming onto the site, fake advertising, misleading links posted within comments and even fake promotions. Nothing much has changed except the diligent BH members reporting, but this still isn’t stopping these time wasters.

I posted a comment on a competition and was INSULTED as my comment needed to be ‘moderated’ before it is posted. What does that mean????? Having been a member for so so many years and my comment was positive, what is going on with the IT when they can’t identify spammers but ‘harass’ genuine members?

Anyone else having issues with notifications? I no longer receive any notification pop up to say that someone has replied to a comment on the forum etc

So I truly am not trying to be rude but wth happened to BH.From other members comments and posts on the forum I understand that there were not as many spammers or glitches with BH.I am just trying to understand why things have changed so much….also when did people start noticing the changes.

The weirdest thing happened today.I posted on forum today and received forum points. So bizzare as I have not heard back from Eleni or BH team about my other missing points.How long does it usually take to get a response from BH team?

Thought I was going mad (still a possibility!) but I have documented proof that I’m not.

What’s happening with the Bh website phone app?

Noticed this morning on the comments that the Mark as spam is now appearing at the bottom right of the comment.

It was always at the bottom left – under the Reply to Comment as I’d often go to hit the report as spam but touch the reply to comment !

They are really wasting their time spamming. None of us are interested in going to college in India, gullible enough to think we can cast a spell to get our ex’s back, and I don’t know about everyone else’s husband but mine does not have a problem getting an erection, and if he did then a local doctor would be a better place to get help and medication.

I also think it’s quite funny how they are now saying stuff like “hey guys” and “lots of love” They must think they sound more authentic with these phrases?. But they are so see-through. Especially when they post things on totally inappropriate and unrelated forum topics.

I like the forums, it’s one of the things I miss on the BeautyCrew website and reasons I don’t log in there as often as I do here, but the spammers are really spoiling things, and BH having all these troubles does’nt help things either (:
