Suddenly not receiving beautyheaven emails

I noticed that I havent been receiving any emails from Beautyheaven lately, ive got all the boxes ticked (where it says Monday/Thursday Newsletters) and I’ve also checked that beautyheaven is not blocked/ going to my junk folder. What else can I do, I’m really worried im not receiving any emails (especially Trial Team and Important News!)

I used to get my emails straight to my inbox also but since you changed your email software, all emails go to my junk mail. I’ve clicked that emails from you are not spam or junk but they still go there. Luckily, I do my mail once a day and do check junk and spam mail.
I also have no unlimited amount of emails in my mail box.

With my email settings, I have a blacklist and a whitelist, so I put the bh email address under the whitelist. Does your email have those settings?

Not so long ago we changed to a new email software and since then we have been doing two things that may effect your emails:
A/B testing. This means we select a small number of our database and send the same email with 2 different subject lines. The email with the subject line that gets the most interest is then sent to the remainder of the database. Meedee, this is why you and your daughter will have received the same email but with different titles.

The other thing that now happens is that some email accounts (i.e Yahoo or Hotmail) withhold the email from being delivered and this is why even though we send the email around 1pm, some people don’t get it into their inbox until 3 or 4pm.

Ah…maybe thats so. Thats ok then.

wow…mail just arrived as i was typing…its a differant subject line then my daughters email but same contents..

Is your inbox full? Sometimes this can slow or even stop incoming emails.

Nope. Im receiving and clearing emails as we speak…my account can hold thousands of mails before becoming overloaded.
Ive never had a problem before so this is a little odd.
