Problems with reviews again?

Hi there,

Just wondering whether anyone was having trouble with reviews being published again? It’s been a couple of days since I wrote some reviews and they haven’t been approved yet. Any idea how long they usually take to be approved or is there a problem again?

    Same problem here. I wrote 3 or 4 yesterday. They don’t show on my pending page and on the items it says I have the review in pending. I have no new points given today.

    My reviews were approved and published today. Glad to see they didn’t go missing in cyber-space!

    Yep very annoying! I’ve had these issues too. I type up my reviews in a word doc now and when publish I delete them, not happy about it and time consuming so I wish they would hurry up and re-instate the pending tab!

    Just for everyone’s information. The pending reviews were removed last upgrade. BH addressed this on forum and why. I’ll see if I can find it.

    Please save your reviews until they are approved!!

    Same issue with my reviews. Hopefully this gets resolved and the reviews aren’t lost forever. I will be saving mine before I submit them in the future I think!

    Same thing has happened to me as others on this thread – a review I posted a week or so ago hasn’t been approved, but ones that I’ve submitted after that have been. When I go to the product page to submit the review again, it says my submission is still pending. Hopefully it gets resolved soon!

    Just a suggestion- I now save my reviews now that they arent saved in pending. That way I cant loose them etc.

    I also experience constantly being logged out. That’s my only issue with loading BH site so far. Thankfully have not encountered the intrusive ads everyone else is reporting but I use Chrome browser and have an ad block extension installed.

    I would also like to request that BH reinstate the Pending Reviews feature for the same reasons outlined by duality. Why did we get rid it?

      I have an ad blockers at home too and I agree it works very well. My issue is on my mobile- it gives me so many ads its so frustrating. AND ITs ONLY bh. If i accidentally click its so painful

        Anyone annoyed by the ads download ad blocker for PC, android and iOS. Good thing is you install it into chrome on one device and when you are signed into chrome on any device it blocks them all.

        I was using a new phone and not signed into chrome and I was shocked at 11 ads popping up constantly, and on each page you navigate to! Make sure it looks like this one as some of the ad blockers aren’t good.

        You can also tap the icon to allow ads for any particular site and whitelist it

    That’s a shame duality. The site keeps logging me out all the time again so its so difficult.

    I have about 50 products I could review but I won’t because every week there’s issues on the site and it’s been going on for months and I don’t want to waste my time typing them out to have them vanish.

    Wasn’t BH going to bring back the pending reviews feature that disappeared? That was really helpful as you could see the review was received and it also gave time to edit typos until it was approved. I was looking forward to getting to 1000 reviews but I haven’t reviewed for ages because of the site issues I gave up 🙁

      The pending review was really handy. I liked being able to go back and check and double check my spelling etc.

      Agreed, duality, I loved being able to edit my typos or reword something that I realised didn`t quite make sense!
