points for commenting?

I havent been receiving points for some of my recent comments as well as product reviews please help

also some reviews take a while to be posted ie they had a big Christmas backlog I think they’ve now cleared. Are your reviews being published, but no points allocated?

If you click on My beautyheaven at the top right hand side of the website you will find details of the points structure. Go to ‘earning points’ on the left hand side of the page and click. There were changes made as other members have commented but the new system is detailed there. x

I haven’t been recieving points for ‘loving’ or for any comments in forums or on articles. I only receive points when i review things now.

Sarzej, you should still be getting one point each time you make a comment via the articles on the home page/blog. It’s recently been lowered from two points to one point but it’s still happening, along with points for reviews.

Im still getting points for hitting the love button but thats because as yet i havent reached my quota…Im very selective with where i put my love 😀

I’d wondered what was going on, I have’nt been getting any points for ‘loving’ for over a week

They changed the point system after the last Beautorium, there were a couple of days where non of us were getting points for doing comments, etc but when we mentioned it in the forums, we were told that BH were changing the number of points we received for certain activities and that the caps were not working for loving and that it was being fixed.

I guess they haven’t changed the details in the My Beatyheaven tab yet

No it’s happening to everyone Tinaaaa, I think they changed it for some reason…You only get one point..
