Oops There’s been an error!

Trying to get some things off Beautorium and as soon as I get to the redemption stage, the error message comes up. I’m a beauty guru, I have enough points, my email address and password is correct because I checked on ‘My Details’ and I haven’t put any payment information in yet. All the while I keep trying and things continue to sell out and ask to be removed from cart. Is this just me?

    Bee1 go to your my beautyheaven details page and check your email address. Make sure that you have the correct case for your email at the redemption stage. It’s case sensitive.

    I did that too 🙁 everything was in lower case just like my details page. I updated my password during the process too in case that would help but still nothing.

    Everything in my cart is now sold out 🙁 So frustrated right now!!!! I was so excited for my first Beautorium :'(

    I don’t know! How annoying for you! I was able to have my Beautorium purchase go smoothly for me for literally the first time ever… I hope you can fix the situation very soon x
