New website refresh won’t allow me to post comments!

I have been experiencing the same thing, although sometimes it works and others it doesn’t. Getting a bit annoying unfortunately.

Well something strange is definitely going on with the points system. After not receiving any points for commenting on articles this morning and last night, I commented on a new blog post and it gave me 1 point – increasing my points by 1 and also logging this in my points activity. Not sure what happened in the last day, but hopefully it’s now fixed – maybe it was just mine.

I use internet explorer, but I have had an error come up a few times when trying to comment on an article or in the forums – but I think I’ve put it down to when the internet had dropped out!

I am currently having a problem with my points though – since some time yesterday (Saturday). Initially I thought it was because I had exceeded my 100 points (50 comments) quota on the forum comments and my points were not going up, nor was MY POINTS activity showing these – not even with a 0 in the points earned – which I though was fine.

I have since made a few comments on articles (blogs) today, which attract 1 point with no cap, but my points haven’t gone up at all since the this last entry in MY POINTS with 1 point earnt.

My comments on the 2 articles I know I commented on this morning are there, so not sure what’s happening. Thought I’d see if anyone else noticed this problem.
Will email bh tomorrow and suggest you do the same, if it’s nothing to do with your internet dropping out!

I had this problem when using internet explorer but i’m currently using google chrome until it starts working on internet explorer. But using internet explorer it wasn’t just the articles, i’m not able to reply on forums either. But it’s all ok when using chrome so donno why that’s happening

Hi, i also use chrome and i haven’t had any trouble yesterday or today commenting on articles so it may just be your account or computer. Not sure if there is a limit on commenting or how often you comment? Sorry i can’t be of more help, it could just be something that will resolve itself for you. 🙂
