My loyalty points arent increasing

I noticed that my points aren’t increasing though I have been commenting on articles and even after clicking the love button on articles, my points are still the same. After going to the profile, it says +0 for my comments. Is there a cap for commenting and clicking the love button for articles too?

How long after you submit a review is it posted?

This includes everything and anything. And yes, posting new threads is capped to 50 points (so 10 threads).

I just noticed I am not getting any points for opening a new forum thread – it shows up as 0 in my activity stream. Not that I care about 5 points but I wonder if this is a glitch? Anyone else notice this?

There is a cap on Forum points. I’m assuming this extends to new threads as well as replying to posts… but I’m sure BH will clarify for you.

Just to clarify, forum and love points are capped at 50. If you’re not receiving points such as bonus birthday points, make sure you my bh profile and communication preferences are complete. You need to have ticked something in each category. x

i have been commenting in forums and i have stopped receiving points. can someone confirm that posts in forums are capped at 50? i have only made 37 posts..

The cap most likely to be 50 points like it was previously, each forum post gives you 2 points until you reach the cap therefore you only get points for 25 postings.
