Major site issues

Trying to see if I can post this.
I gather im not the only one that cant post on any of the articles on site and nor can I comment in the forums. I get this post:

Temporarily Unavailable
The website that you’re trying to reach is having technical difficulties and is currently unavailable.

    Hi beauties,

    If you are having issues being logged out randomly, your browser may be cached. You can usually fix this by logging out and re-setting your password.

    Yes, I am also getting logged out. I had written comments on forum posts, but then it wouldnt post because I was logged out, I just thought it was me so I gave up trying to post. But seems to be working again, so I’m off to the Bachie forum now 🙂

    Anyone else having issues with constantly being logged out?

    I am finding that for some reason I keep being logged out. I will think that no one is posting as each time I refresh the forum it stays the same and then I discover Ive been logged out so I have to sign back in again to see any new ;posts and then after 5mins or so im signed out again….ggrr

        hehe……Well thank you Okatko very exciting and Kats informed me that it has been posted so it will be waiting for me when I get home in 3 more weeks. Even more exciting seeing that my wonderful haircare win on BH turned out to be a bit of a bust which was really disappointing 🙁

        My site issues seem to have calmed for the moment so fingers crossed it keeps behaving.

        Okatko …They did email me but to start with their email went to junk. By the time I found it I was in Vegas and they asked me for my postcode and then emailed back to say that sadly there were no salons that offered their service anywhere near me so they asked if I would be able to get to a salon thats 5hours drive away from me any time soon. I said that sadly no but if something did come up that allowed me to travel I would let them know asap. Its such a shame as if we had managed to make contact swiftly we could have arranged something for when I was in Melbourne. They emailed me back and said that they would see what they could sort out but its been weeks and ive heard nothing 🙁

        That`s a shame Meedee. I remember I won a prize once which involved expensive salon treatments. Since where I live there were no branches of that salon which I could redeem my prize at I emailed the company. The company was so great that they send me products worth the value of the prize. I was so happy with the outcome. May be you could email them and ask if they could instead send you some of their products.

        OH that sounds lovely MoonlightSak Part of the prize was also sup;posed to be a selection of the products to use at home but they havent mentioned those at all. Its actually been a month since I have heard from them but they do know that im overseas so perhaps they are waiting until im home. If I dont hear anything from them by the time I get home I will email again and ask what they have come up with. Such a bummer as I was really excited about the prize. It would have been a good idea to have a list of locations on a link that we could have checked before entering the competition.

        Meedee, is it possible for you to transfer the hair prize to your daughter in Melbourne? It is such a shame that it`s fizzed out like this when it sounded so perfect. Sounds like you`re having a super time away.

        Thats certainly something that I would be happy to do Trish They did tell me that they would see what they could sort out for me but that was a month ago. I would have thought that they would have got back to me by now but I will continue to wait until I get home and then I will email them again and if I dont hear anything back I will see if I can phone them. If they cant do anything for me I will see if they will allow my daughter to use it instead.

        I am having a wonderful time here but the time is going so fast and it wont be long before im heading for home

    Is there something happening with the site today? I am finding articles and posting takes longer than usual. Also forum takes longer than usual. It’s not my internet conenction as other pages load quickly.

      Yes same here perthchick its taking ages to post things and often the page times out 🙁

    Having the “Report as spam” facility along with the actual post is brilliant! Thanks Admin – so much less hassle than having to track the post down before you could mark it.

    Definitely appreciate the work that has been done especially recently – notifications are SO MUCH better too.

    Is it practical to send a message via a specific thread if the Technology Team are updating or changing something that is going to possibly impact on how we see the Forum posts so that we don’t freak out? I’m the first to admit that I don’t cope well with change of any kind!!
