Lot of points and comments deducted

I do know none of you were SUPPOSED to get this email but I’d still be alerting BH via separate email as I do think it’s important that they know how many it went to that it shouldn’t have gone to.

That’s just my opinion. I wonder if it got to anyone it was meant for?

I got the ‘you haven’t logged in for months’ email yesterday too!
I will just delete it 🙂

Just to let everyone know, I also received the same email as Ellelily and I ended up emailing back just to find out what’s going on. The lovely Beth messaged me back to say to ignore it, it was just a glitch from the old Beautyheaven website .

I thought I would let you all know so we don’t have to concern ourselves 🙂

Wondering if the email is actually from BH or someone else that has somehow got your email.

We belong to the Broncos club and I often get emails from someone pretending to be the Broncos club. I rang the club up and they didn’t know about the emails so I then had to send them a copy to show what email was being sent from.

If you reply to the email just make sure you don’t reply to the actual email and put the correct BH email address in (as suggested by Trish further up). Safer for you – just in case.

Really strange – MelissaFay, Marina and Michelle240, I would definitely email BH as I suggested to Ellelily. It’s obviously a mistake but I do think BH and the technical Staff need to know it’s happened.

Ellelily, DEFINITELY reply to that email – it’s obviously a mistake and should be fixed quickly. There are definitely still hiccoughs happening, even though most of the site is operating correctly. Love your new avatar.

Suggest when you reply to the email you received that you copy in Jackie – she will make sure it gets through to the area it should. Maybe a new email rather than a reply would be best – you know how something can be “buried” if it is automatically generated.

I got an email tonight saying that i hadnt been logged in, in many months. I am always on and I come in every night and even if its only to spend 1 hour in here. And so I am active. The only thing that i may not have done is put in a review lately.
I also went to my page and changed a few things. And I also checked my points. And noticed that I had point that have been deducted and the Comments werent even ones that I made. They were some one elses’. I spend alot of time in Health and Wellbeing .
And so I dont know where my points have gone and whose comments are on my page. ???

Eeek, it’s like a points ghost haunting the BH interweb!

Hi softness! That would be my fault – sorry! I’ve been doing a bit of a spam/forum thread clean-up and that must have affected your points (as well as a few others). Just to let you know, that I’ve deleted those forum threads and comments you all made when testing the site (so it was all a bunch of ‘testing replies’ and ‘testing moderations’ etc), as well as some spam comments (which some of you had commented on – so once I delete the reply, it deleted the comments). Hopefully all of those who helped out with testing received their thank you points to make up for this.

Apologies for the confusion (and if you got a fright) – rest assured my big clean-up is done. But maybe a note for when you notice spam comments to not comment directly under the spam comment or comment in the thread, as once we delete that member, your points will be deleted. Hope that all makes sense!
