Edit profile communication preferences can not be changed?

Edit profile communication preferences do not work. Still after changing the website BH has issues with this. So I ca never receive any e-mails or notifications from BeautyHeaven. I did write to customer service, but nothing has been changed. Any other who had same issue, but solved now?

    Yes it’s been a known thing that the communication preference tick boxes aren’t working. I sent an email to bh’s Beth England about a month ago and she said that bh are aware of this problem and are trying to fix it.

    I check every now and then if they’ve gotten it it to work, but yeah, nothing yet.
