Can’t update my rank

So I have just reached the points to be a gold member but it still says that I’m a silver member. How do I update it?

Edit: my bad it seems to have changed

That’s happened to me too! I hit Gold on the 9th and today is the 12th and my profile still says Silver.

A staff member must have seen your post & manually upgraded you. There have been a lot of tech glitches on bh for the last couple of years.
