Can’t look up certain products on BH

For some reason I can’t get onto the bh sites for certain products. For example, I looked up the nurtimetrics nutri-rich lip treatment on google, found the bh site for it but when I clicked on it, it just sent me to the general lip section. It’s really frustrating and I’m not sure why it’s doing that. Has anyone else experienced it?

Also I’m on my laptop using chrome, if that helps.

    I don’t think the products are discontinued and other products from the same brand come up fine. It’s a little bit strange.

    I also couldn’t find some brands I felt like may be it is some problem. But now it is OK.

    yes, that’s right, they show up on google search as a headline, but content is hidden / not visible on BH site. I guess if the brand re-connected with BH, they would reappear.

    Also items that are discontinued do the same, even if the brand is still very much active on BH – they only show reviews from current ranges i.e. what you can buy currently at Australian retailers

    It’s most probably because that certain brand or product isn’t listed on bh anymore
