Can I include scanned images in my reviews?

I want to post a review which includes a scan of some eye shadow colours swatched on paper. This is just to help people if they’re deciding on what colours to buy. How do I load a scanned image with my review? I copied the scanned image into a Word document, but when I tried to copy it with my review, no image appeared. I can’t load a photo as I don’t yet own a digital camera (might get one later).

Thanks jenknees – if it isn’t possible, I will try your idea later. However, I feel that it is possible because I’ve seen lots of photos of people’s faces where they’re showing their makeup, so if you can load a photo, then you should be able to load a scan. A scanned image is the same as, or similar to, a photo.

Only forum posts have the option to include an image with a button to browse for the required image file. No such option is available under reviews, only text boxes which hence will only take text values.

You can upload photos and images to forum posts (there is an “Add an image” option), but that option isn’t available for reviews – they are text only. Are you sure you’ve seen the photos on actual reviews? Jenknee’s suggestion is a good option, although I haven’t seen a clickable link in a review before.

If you can’t insert a picture, perhaps you could just upload to a image hosting site and link it?

I don’t think you can – I haven’t found a way to do it and I haven’t seen an image in a review before. Would be great if you could though – things like swatches and before/after photos would really add to the reviews.
