BH website slow

I have had problems with BH’s website being so slow for a couple of weeks now. I don’t have the same issues with other websites so I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing this. Has anyone written to BH directly about this?

    I should also add that after typing a comment and then clicking ‘submit’ it takes a long time for the comment to be posted. At times I have double-clicked thinking I had not clicked appropriately and then my post appears twice. This issue has been going on for some time irrespective of me posting a comment on articles and forums.

    There are also long delays when I click open my message box and select a message to click on.

    I’ve found a small issue, its been going on for a few weeks.
    I look at BH on Laptop, iPhone and iPad.
    Sometimes I’ve posted in the forums on one device, and checked back in later on another device, and the “latest” is all posts from the day before, not the recent posts i had seen earlier.
    Hope this makes sense.

    If more feedback helps, I haven’t had any issues even when I’m on the website on my mobile.

    I haven’t noticed BH’s website being slow. My internet is flaky sometimes due to Optus not updating their cables where I am. Seems all the school kids in the area are online playing MMOG slowing down the connection speed for all and we have been promised an update…but still waiting…and waiting.

    BH has been working okay for me on my PC.

    Hi Roxymisha,

    Matt from the tech department, are you able to give us a little more information ?

    1. What times are you surfing the site, is it slow at a specific time
    2. What device are you accessing it on
    3. Who is your ISP or are you accessing it on a phone over a mobile network and which network.
