BH e-newsletter

Dear all BH beauties,
I have just found out on this forum that some receive BH e-newsletters. I have not received any and have been a member for a few months now.
I have checked my junk/spam folder and also if the site has been blocked for some reason…none of these, yet I do not get any e-mails from BH.
Now, there is an upcoming beautorium, and people get notified by a newsletter. I have missed out on the mini one.
Anyone had this problem? What to do?

    It looks like an ongoing IT issue , still cannot save Newsletters on profile

    Currently there is still a fault as my profile is still not saving .

    I’ve been a member since 2007 & I’ve been getting the newsletters since 2007. The site was overhauled a few months ago, there are still a lot of site glitches, this must be one of them. You need to contact staff. You could fill in the form on the link below (I’d tick the General enquiries/Customer service box):

    You will definitely get notice through the newsletter. You could also follow beautyheaven on facebook if you want.

    Thank you for informing us. From memry, I didn’t get a letter either and only found out through Competitions. It is not allowing me to SAVE either

    OK, just checked my edit-profile preferences. There is a communication preferences tab, I have ticked them all, and saved changes (I did this when I joined few months ago!), but the boxes are empty! None is ticked. Then I did it a few more times, keeps unticking when I press SAVE button.
    So this may be the problem?
