Your longest beauty relationship

Mine has to the falsies mascara by maybelline. I brought it when I was about 16 and I have stuck with it since. The rimmel kohl eyeliner pencil is another staple for me. I have tried so many other kohl pencils but I always go back to rimmel. It is a good price and I just find it works best for me.

MAC Studio Fix and I have been together for years, we are about to split up though because they still test on animals and I’m trying to go cruelty free. It’s going to be so hard to replace that foundation

Probably a 10 year old EL lippy which I only use now and then and out of all items , I think lipsticks lasts the longest as I don’t use the same colour daily . Body washes and cleansers lasts the least time .

Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser- 4 years now

Not a product, but the brand Australis. My first foundation when I was 14 was from them and I still love their products.

Clinique translucency powder, nearly 30 years.
So good, so fine and lasts ages, you only need a bit, last thing I do before I leave for work. The brush that it comes with is rubbish so I use the Eco Tools powder brush instead.

Oil of Ulan which is now known as Olay. Been using their face cream since childhood. The SPF is a sure winner plus l love the effectiveness and subtle scent.

Revlon colourstay foundation.
I have been using it since I was about 17, so 16 Years!!
Wow actually thinking about that, that’s ages!!!
The formulation changed somewhere along the line but it still did the job.

MAC mineralise skinfinish natural – the only powder that doesn’t look cakey on me year round! It’s also great for a quick buff over concealer when I don’t want a full face of makeup.

Sometimes I may get curious and go have a dalliance elsewhere like I did in Autumn with Rimmel’s Stay Matte but I’m always back to Mac pretty quickly.
