Trouble with website?

Hi all,

Is anyone else having trouble with the BH website lately? It is taking ages to post comments or access some posts, and it has ‘dropped out’ occasionally. I have not had this problem with anything else on my laptop.

    It looks as though the spammers articles have been removed from the ‘new topics’ thread.

    I was thinking that maybe bh were now screening new forum topics and only approving non-spam topics, guess that’s not the reason no new topics are showing up.

    Maybe thats why we haven’t had any new spam, no one can post a new topic? I hope it gets fixed jupiter we always need new topics that aren’t spam or trial team related on a forum.

    I posted a new forum topic today but unfortunately got an error and the topic isn’t coming up under ‘new topics’. There also haven’t been any new topics since 26 Nov so it might not just be me? I’ve just emailed info@beautyheaven.com.au to report it.

    I’ve been waiting for Bh to publish one of my reviews since September! It wasn’t an RR product. I sent an email off, yesterday about it. It was a negative review, so I expected a delay, but it’s been over 2 months!

    Have to say this website is terrible.
    Full of spam very laggy and so unuser friendly.
    Trying to navigate around here is a joke.
    Good concept but thinking of giving up on this.
    Anyone else having problems.?
    Trying to find my points and update my profile (which i cannot find by the way) any help would be appreciated.
    There are products i would like to post a review on but not able to find them

    Yeah a lot of spam comments on articles too, interesting new subjects in addition to studying, impotence and love spells, now their is a cure for herpes and if you don’t want to get your ex back you can cast a spell and kill the bugger.

    On a positive note, has anyone else noticed that there haven’t been any more NEW spam threads since 12 November? I regularly check “New Topics” to bump any unseen new threads or flag spam. I reckon Bh’s IT department has been doing something to curtail it.

    Still, there has been just as much, if not more, spam on existing threads & articles. Baby steps.

    Most of us have been caught out & made accidentally duplicated posts. Despite the “ERROR” notification, our posts DO upload the first time.

    SOLUTION
    Computer:
    • Always right-click to open a new tab or window to post a comment or reply.
    • Make your comment & click “Submit” like you usually do.
    • You’ll get an “ERROR” notification. Ignore it & close the page.
    • Go back to the “Latest Comments” page & refresh it. You’ll see your comment.

    Phone:
    • If your phone can open more than one webpage at a time, open a new page however the hell you usually do that, then follow the computer instructions, above.
    • If your phone can only open one webpage at a time, sorry, you’ll have to close the page when you get the “ERROR” notification, then reopen Bh. T-E-D-I-O-U-S-!

    OK, I’m the last person on the planet without a smartphone. If the phone instructions don’t work, can someone with a smartphone please jump in & give advice?
