Deepa101, with Home Heaven we needed to scale down our images so they fitted into a smaller area than was the case with BH – I was able to load photos straight in to BH threads but the same ones were rejected with Home Heaven unless I reduced the size.
I could be wrong, but this could account for you not being able to load your profile pic? I’d email BH if you keep having problems. They’ll be very busy at the moment!!! but I’m sure they’ll get back to you.
