Trial Team Application email

I’ve been on the Beautyheaven trial team for many, many years now and I’ve never been asked to reapply. I’ve been getting a lot of glitchy type emails lately in relation to trials I’ve already been accepted to and I know BH had issues with us not getting emails. Now I’ve got an email inviting me to join the trial team. Did anyone else get this? Is it a glitch or do I need to reapply to keep my place?

I know I could have replied to the email but if ithers have had the same problem I thought it would be good for us to be able to find the answer here.

    I got one as well, and I a m bit confused as I am on the trial team. I didn’t reply to the email, as I don’t want to bombard BH with emails if everyone has this issue. Hopefully BH will post a quick answer in the forums for us 🙂

    I got the email too but I’m on the Nivea trial right now . Must be an error I would think

    Ive got an email from bh today saying that ive been accepted to the trial team ,But i havent applied for it yet ,im just waiting to do the 5 reviews that theyre asking for to be able to be on the trial team .I hope u ladies can find ur answers.All the best.

    I think its a glitch as I did miss put on the NBN trial so Im still in it .

    I received this too.

    I have been TT member before and used to participate in trials regularly until September last year (almost year ago). Then it all stopped completely. I thought I just need to wait…..it was not until I reapplied and organiser of TT has changed that I got my first Trial! And it is current NBNature. So happy to be back!

    I think though that this email is generic and is sent to all BH members, all of us! Regardless of if we are already in TT database or not

    I too received an e-mail yesterday from BH saying I am now eligible to join the beautyheaven Trial Team with a link to apply. However, I have already applied for the Trial Team 2 months back and just last week I had received an e-mail inviting me to trial one of their products and I had applied for the same but haven’t heard anything yet.

    So yesterday’s email from BH about joining the trial team was quite confusing and honestly I am not sure yet if I am on the Trial Team or not.

    Oh and I just checked my e-mail again and I can see a new e-mail from BH sent this morning for another invite to trial a product. So I guess it means I am on the trial team. However, it would be great if someone from BH can clarify on this. Thanks.
