Problems with trial reviews and surveys

Hi beauties,

Since the beginning of this year i have been experiencing some problems with trial reviews and surveys and i wondered if anyone else has experienced similar problems?

One recent example is regarding submission of reviews and surveys. I completed them as part of the trial team and received an email confirming that i have completed them. 1 week later, i received an email on BH stating that i have not completed my submissions!

Another example is receiving completion emails when i have not submitted them.

Please let me know if anyone else is having similar problems and perhaps we can feedback to BH?

    I haven’t had a problem so far but will be submitting my L’Oreal reviews soon so hope it continues.

    That happened to me as well, I swear I only had one link and it only provided one review, but now I keep thinking I missed something. Hopefully it is just a glitch though.

    Haha yes I had that happen too amongst other issues! They have had all sorts of technical issues especially lately. I don’t know if sending an email will do any good though as a few of us have already done so about other issues that are still not fixed and some not even received responses. I think they are aware of most issues but all you can do is try!

      Hi ThisIsMe, glad to know it is not just me. I am just worried that they may take me off the trial team because of thier mistakes.
