Points Query

A lot of my points have been capped , does that mean that I can no longer accumulate points on certain categories and it stops permanently ? There are only points for reviewing a product or replying to comments , is that correct ?

thank you

fashionista all of your published reviews will be visible under the ‘my rewards’ tab. All of your reviews (with the exception of pending reviews; that feature has been removed =( ) will be under that section.
Yes they only accept one review per product per user. I think we are still able to edit/update old reviews but can only submit the one per product.

I was actually wondering about the points system and if it had been updated, I must have been capped a long time with forum points, does that mean you collect points up to 20 points on the forums for the lifetime? I mean does it ever reset in a year or anything like that?

I guess I need to do a big sweep of my beauty products but seeing as its been a while and if I have already reviewed a product does it block you out from reviewing again??? Like I cannot remember which products I have reviewed so I don’t want to review it again or double up???

Thanks Carly,I have a deep feeling my points in the system may have froze as I have been actively participating in forums etc and have not increased even one point . It maybe a system issue … ?

Hi Harmony Queen, you can see what points you get for what and what points are capped here: http://www.beautyheaven.com.au/get-beauty-products-for-free x

Yes, I think that’s the case, unless BH has special points offers as they did with the mini-beautorium, video reviews and other surprises.

We used to receive points for referring new members to BH and other such things however that is no longer available. Perhaps it is because BH is under new ownership, or perhaps because BH has grown to such a size that the membership no longer warrants that type of growth mechanism.

    TUD x
