LookFantastic Australia

I’ve been a customer of the original Lookfantastic uk site for many years and have never had any problems and loved that they were cheaper than other sites (especially when shipping was free – but now I notice that they charge $6.95 up to £50 spend).

The Australian version used to be SkincareStore Australia and just browsing on their site their products seem to be more expensive than the UK site including shipping costs as well.

It would be interesting to see a price comparison between the two (something I may do one day when I have the time!)

Just wondering whether anyone has purchased anything from this site yet?

    You can still access the UK site from look fantastic as well as the Australian site. You can buy from both-they are different.
    I just brought from UK site again , it was much cheaper by so much then sephora or mecca with same releases.

    Never tried cult beauty before but I’ve purchased TO from adore beauty before and have been impressed with their service. If you want some of their products that are out of stock, you have the option to get them to email you when it’s available. I once ordered something and they informed me it was out of stock and gave me the option to wait, get a refund or be assisted to find another similar product that they had in stock. Highly recommend them.

    I’ve purchased The Ordinary products that were not available in Australia (azelaic acid) from lookfantastic UK when it was free shipping, but yeah I noticed that they are now adding shipping so I doubt I’ll ever order with them again because their selection of TO products are small compared to Cult Beauty UK.

        Yes I have, however adore beauty only stocks what is available for the AU market. Cult Beauty has TO`s Alpha Arbutin, Azelaic acid, the AHA peel. I also find that cult beauty is a little cheaper as they take off 20% VAT (UK tax) then add 10% GST at the checkout when shipping to Australia. Cult beauty takes about 1.5 weeks to ship from UK to Sydney Metro. Adore Beauty is a bit faster as they are Australian. Hope this helps.

    I’ve never purchased from Lookfantastic before but I have used SkincareStore which was great. It’s unfortunate the prices are higher… guess it’s another Sephora situation
