Has anyone heard of CozmoBox?

Curious to see if anyone has tried, or even heard of the beauty subscription Cozmobox?

I’ve been wanting to subscribe to a beauty subscription box for a while now so I’ve been researching all my options. Unfortunately Australia doesn’t have much of a selection when it comes to beauty subscriptions so there’s isn’t too many to choose from. Please let me know if you’ve had experience with this company. Thanks!

Hoping it’s not a scam

    Hi Girls,

This is Sophie from Cozmobox hoping you’re all well!

We created an account specifically to talk to you and address any questions you might have 🙂

I’ll answer some previous questions in this post but feel free to ask more and I’ll reply you directly.

    1. We are real, but we’re new 🙂 We started selling the box in January 2020 but as a company we’ve sold luxury cosmetics on a wholesale level for quite some time.

    2. Yes we have a discounted voucher on Groupon. We launched that deal in January and have met some very nice customers since then.

    3. We’re currently revamping our site so please stay tuned. We’re available almost 24/7 though our live chat and the contact form on the website. Our live chat is linked to our phones so we will reply almost instantly.

Emails are replied within 24hrs Mon-Fri. Quick tip – If you have an Iphone, use the live chat option as it will create an imessage in your phone automatically and we’ll always stay in contact.

The products – What do we put in the box.

We started at the beginning of the year with 5-6 Luxury travel size products and a free gift pouch. We have to buy all our products including the minis, they’re not free for us but we can get almost any brand. So if you’re looking for something, let me know.

Since January we listened to feedback from our customers and have revised the offering to the following. If you are receiving our May box then I hope you like the changes (box details are on the website).

1 x Full size Product will always be included

4 or 5 Luxury Travel minis for you to test and try. We always try to send minis that are decent sizes e.g 15ml face creams that should last you until your next box.

1 x free gift (Usually a luxury pouch but we have other cool options planned so keep and eye out).

We will always make sure the combined value of the products (not including the pouch) exceeds $100 and we calculate the travel size products ‘per ml’ based on the full size RRP.

Lastly, we happy to hear suggestions on what products to feature and how to improve our service so don’t be shy, reach out and say hi. In fact, If anyone on this forum wants to review our box here or elsewhere get in touch and we’ll send you one.

Looking forward to speak to you all 🙂

    Stay Beautiful Xx

I would be very interested in reviewing this for the beautyheaven site, and a video review for Facebook /Instagram etc

      • 3 yrs, 9 mths ago

Wouldn’t we all! The best thing to do is to apply for the trial team, and Beauty Heaven will get in contact with you if they have a trial available you might be suitable for.

Products that are reviewed are from companies that have entered into marketing agreements with Beauty Heaven, not just products that we would personally like to review.

Are you sure you want everyone on Beautyheaven to know your email address? You might get a quicker response if you contact them directly – I don`t know if they read the forums regularly.

The Senka Perfect Whip is LIFE CHANGING!! I’m so glad this was last months full size product! I can’t rave about it enough!

odd, i thought it looked good, and i had a couple of queries and contacted them in a few ways and i was ignored everywhere so never bothered. poor service indeed , as it looked very good, but poor service can’t warrant a sale from me

I haven`t heard of them Shop A and I ended up having a bit of a Google to see what they are like. Not much info on their site about them as Nicoler has already said. I did find a YouTube video made by a guy that runs for about 17 minutes. He got his for $29 because he used a Groupon voucher and there wasn`t much in there.

Oh I’m sorry to hear that 🙁

I’ve received 3 boxes so far from Cozmobox and I’m hooked!! The samples are small but I’ve found they will last me at least a month and the value is amazing. For example, this month I got a Dior face cream that’s valued at $155 and that was just one of the samples. Plus every month you get a free gift. I’ve received a Gucci beauty makeup bag and a Burberry tote. They’re fairly new on the scene hence the lower social media followers at this stage.
I’ve had to contact customer support once regarding an address and they were super quick to respond and really professional! If you have any more questions just let me know but honestly, I can confirm that it’s the best subscription box I’ve ever got!

I miss a good subscription box services. I use to get the parcel and was so sad when they stopped that one. However I don’t think this one cuts the mustard either. It doesnt look like great value for 29 bucks let alone $59. You can get yourself a decent luxe product for that or a bit at a Priceline sale, think I would rather spent my money in other ways. Also as people have stated before, if there is no abn etc I would proceed with caution. Sounds a bit dodgy

I haven’t heard of them before, sorry.

I was tempted to get the cozmobox deal through groupon but it’s strange that I can’t seem to find any reviews about them even though apparently 90+ have purchased the deal. That’s why I’m holding off for now.

It’s half price on Groupon atm, but looking at the previous box, even at half price I don’t think its a great deal… Most yhe items are tiny…

    • 3 yrs, 11 mths ago

I checked it all out, I looked on their facebook page, groupon and their website. Its 50% off at Groupon, as its new. My main question is that the RRP of $59.95 sounds rather steep for the February box for those 5 samples. Looks like all the dept stores provide their leftover GWP`s and they make these boxes

    @fortune favours the beautiful
I had the exact same thoughts! I never signed up or anything, it just simply didn’t look genuine. I’m very curious as to why Groupon would be partnering/ advertising them if they aren’t even a legitimate company. Thanks for the extra info 🙂

I have never heard of them either, it does seem a little fishy. There’s no business details; ABN or business address/location. I wouldn’t buy from them honestly

  • Eatasnickers, please be wary and if you do find some more out about them please share it here, I am sure some other beauties will be curious. The boxes look a little too good to be true.

They have four likes on their facebook page. I think they must be brand new.
They are appearing on groupon with a 50% off deal.

Might be legitimate but it is hard to say, it doesn’t help that there are no contact details on their website, only a contact form.

It is not clear who or what company is behind this. The copyright on their website says Cozmobox club but there are no ABNs registered under that name.

I wonder what criteria Groupon have for promoting companies deals, whether they check them out to make sure they are legitimate. My feeling is they would have some kind of process in place.

I’m sorry if you were just looking for reviews of them haha, I became intrigued by your post and the lack of information available.

    proceed with caution
